We roast small. Small runs end. When one ends, the next one starts. You don't pick the origin on a subscription: you pick the commitment. We pick what's fresh and in stock. Consider it a surprise you already agreed to. If you wanted sameness, there's a supermarket for that.

When will I be charged?
When you subscribe, and then on each delivery date. You'll get an email before every shipment in case you want to skip or change it.
Why don't I choose the origin?
Because our coffees are small lots: when one sells out, the next one takes its place. Subscribing to a price level means your deliveries keep coming no matter which lot is in rotation. Want a specific origin? Buy that bag on its own from the shop.
How fresh is it, really?
Every subscription bag is roasted the morning it ships and mailed the same day. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 days of roasting.
How much coffee comes in each delivery?
As many 10 oz boxes as you choose, from one to as many as your household drinks. Whole bean only, so you grind it right before you brew.
How do I cancel?
